Purchasing from Ocabini

You can place an order with us by using a credit or debit card through our site. You can also place an order with us by email or by telephone. We accept payment by cheque made out to ‘Ocabini Ltd’. Please post cheques to: Ocabini Ltd, 99 Chevening Road, London NW6 6DA.

If you are not happy with the goods we have sent to you for any reason you may return them to us in the same state in which you received them within 14 days of their receipt. We shall be happy to refund your payment in full or at your request to exchange the goods for other goods. If you wish to exchange the goods we shall refund you the difference in value between the new goods and those originally ordered or (if the new goods are of higher value than those originally ordered) charge you the difference.

£5 will be charged for postage and packaging and packages will be sent First Class Recorded delivery.

You should post any return or exchange items to us by recorded delivery. We do not cover the postage costs for returning items but if we dispatch goods to you in exchange for returned items we shall do this free of postage charges.

Please note that our products are individually knitted from hand-dyed yarn. The exact colour of our products may therefore differ from that shown on our website although we make every effort to portray the colour accurately in our photographs.
